To order free publications and forms, call 1.800.TAX
FORM. You can also order them by mail, computer, or
fax. See the Form 1040 instructions for details. For

Guide to Free Tax Services. It also contains an index
of tax topics and related publications and describes
other free tax information services available from the
IRS, including tax education and assistance programs.
